Description

The Thunder Group STPA2162 steam table pan is made of durable, dishwasher-safe 18/8 stainless steel with a 22-gauge thickness. The pan is designed to be used in a steam table, heating up various side dishes and sauces and keeping them warm in a buffet set up. The pan measures 64/5 inches long by 69/10 inches wide by 21/2 inches deep. To quickly replace empty pans with full ones, it employs an anti-jam design.
