Description

The Thunder Group STPA3001 steam table pan is constructed of 18/8 stainless steel and is safe to use in a commercial oven. Its 24-gauge design is lightweight without sacrificing durability. Food products such as casseroles can be baked in an oven then transferred to a steam table in a buffet lineup to be kept warm for guests; this pan can then be removed quickly using its anti-jam rim. The full-size pan is 124/5 inches long, 209/10 inches wide, and 11/4 inches deep. After its emptied, the pan can be safely cleaned in a dishmachine for convenience.
