Description

The Thunder Group steam pan is made of 18/8 stainless steel designed to withstand cosmetic damage through an extended service life; its 24-gauge thickness is lightweight without sacrificing durability. It can be placed in an oven to cook contained food then transferred to a steam table to keep the food warm in a buffet line-up; its anti-jam design ensures simple removal as needed. The pan is also dishwasher safe for user convenience. At a half-size design, it measures 62/5 inches long by 209/10 inches wide by 59/10 inches deep.
