Description

Boasting a durable structure, the Thunder Group STPA4136 steam table pan provides dependability and a 6-inch-depth for holding bubbling queso, soft black beans, and other sides in restaurant settings. Its third-size, 18/8 stainless steel construction is rust resistant and strong, meaning it can survive accidental dings and drops in a busy kitchen while avoiding rust accumulation. With a 25-gauge thickness, it's both structurally sound and efficient for linework. This pan's anti-jamming design minimizes risks of locking with another a pan in use or storage while also increasing smooth flow of standard cleaning processes. Though this pan is not safe for microwave use, it can be cleaned in a commercial dishwasher and warmed in the oven before service.
