Description

Designed to maintain warm temperatures, the Thunder Group STPA5000CS steam table pan cover provides quick, reliable services in high-volume restaurant settings. Its provided handle enables a solid grip, while its full-sized structure pairs with large steam pans to trap hot air in and keep food at appetizing temperatures. The small ladle hole included on one end of the cover assists line cooks in maintaining a clean workspace, and the cover's reinforced corners increase strength, though it cannot survive in microwaves. However, this cover is both oven and dishwasher safe.
