Description

The Thunder Group STPA5120CSL steam table pan cover traps warmth within pans without sacrificing work flow. Made of 18/8 stainless steel, this half-sized cover adorns the top of pans filled with dirty rice or bacon to keep contaminants out and heat in. A handle sits along its midsection—increasing grip for seamless services—and a ladle slot is cut into its length for convenience Though this cover has a 24-gauge-thickness and isn't safe for microwave use, its reinforced corners categorize it as heavy duty. This cover can be cleaned in a commercial dishwasher after use and can be safely placed in ovens.
