For additional strength, it features heavy-duty drawer slides with nylon rollers that withstand repeated opening and closing. As a narrow, freestanding model, this unit measures 207/8 inches wide by 281/4 inches deep by 251/8 inches high.
The Hatco HDW-2N warming drawer features two drawers, each including one standard 6-inch-deep food pan. Its fully insulated design preserves warm air, while its sliding vents optimize food quality by releasing excess moisture as they're adjusted. To prevent accidental temperature adjustment, its thermostatic controls are recessed. This unit is positioned on 4-inch legs for cleaning beneath the unit.
