Each holding compartment includes a control panel with a recessed thermostatic control and temperature monitor, meaning users can monitor heat as menus change. To manage moisture levels and airflow, each drawer has a correlating slide vent that can be adjusted, and the drawers' tops, sides, and bases are fully insulated to save energy in cool back-of-house settings.
Ideal for holding rolls, meats, and vegetables, the Hatco HDW-4 drawer warmer's drawers each accommodate a 203/4-inch by 123/4-inch by 6-inch food pan€”four of which are included with this unit.
