Description

To preserve heat and optimize efficiency, the Wells RWN-26 warming drawer features a fully insulated configuration and thermostatic controls with which users can adjust its temperature between 90 and 210 degrees Fahrenheit. Operators can use the adjustable front vent to release excess moisture and prevent food from becoming soggy. Made of long-lasting stainless steel, this unit can be wiped clean and is resistant to corrosion and rust.
A built-in model with two drawers, the Wells RWN-26 drawer warmer measures 201/4 inches wide by 265/16 inches deep by 21 inches high. Each drawer is equipped with one 6-inch-deep food pan and features a self-latching mechanism that simplifies closing in fast-paced environments. This unit is ideal for holding bulk batches of product at warm serving temperatures in long-term care homes, medical environments, and correctional facilities.
