The Edlund RM-5000 Four Star portion scale features a sloped face with a rotating dial. This top-loading counter model has a 5,000-gram capacity with 20-gram graduations and includes a 7-inch-long by 83/4-inch-wide platform. Made of durable stainless steel, the scale is dishwasher safe, and its removable molded scale window simplifies maintenance. It measures 73/4 inches wide by 71/2 inches deep by 93/4 inches high.
