The Edlund RM-2 rotating dial portion scale delivers accuracy and durability for precise portion control in foodservice environments. With a capacity of 32 ounces and 1/8-ounce graduations, this scale ensures consistent measurements for a variety of tasks. Its sloped face and 30-degree viewing angle make the scale easy to read, even at table height.
Constructed entirely of stainless steel, the Edlund RM-2 portion scale features rust-resistant springs and an inner mechanism for enhanced longevity and accuracy. The removable molded scale window protects the scale plate by enclosing it, helping prevent food spills from entering the dial window. Fully dishwasher safe without requiring disassembly, this top-loading counter model simplifies cleaning and maintenance. For added convenience, the scale can be field calibrated using the CK-32 calibration kit.
