An easy-read LCD display ensures clear visibility of weight measurements.
The Edlund BRV-160W portion scale features multiple weighing modes, including fluid ounces and milliliters, offering flexibility for both dry and liquid ingredients. It is field recalibratable for long-term accuracy and includes an auto-shutoff function to preserve battery life. This unit operates on a dual-voltage AC power supply with an included adapter or two AA batteries (not included).
