Operators can modify portion sizes between 21/2 and 42 ounces to account for different bread types, including dough for pizzas, pastries, and tortillas. In an hour, this unit can round 661 pounds of dough.
For seamless operation, this DoughXpress DXP-DBR3L (10994) dough rounder features an open-top that prevents contents from getting jammed; it also provides a full view of the rounding process so users can monitor progress. This machine measures 34 inches wide by 34 inches deep by 453/10 inches high and is positioned on an equipment stand with casters to simplify transport for cleaning and maintenance.
