Description

The DoughXpress DX-BMIH-18 dough divider presses a ball of dough through a divider set, separating it into stand-alone portions. It has a 2- to 9-ounce range, enabling chefs to customize their dough portion size. It's operated manually, so the press doesn't need electricity or other power sources.
