Description

Accommodating medium-sized pizzas, the Univex SPZ40 pizza spinner spreads dough on a 153/4-inch-diameter plate without creating holes. Felt keeps dough in place on the spinner, and since the system does not generate heat, the dough does not cook while spinning. For efficient operation, this pizza spinner has two levers—one to flatten the dough and one to adjust crust thickness. This Univex SPZ40 pizza spinner creates consistent pizzas results and automatically starts and stops spinning.
