Description

The DoughXpress DXP-FRS01 (11017) BakeryXpress floor model dough sheeter features a reversible 79-inch-long by 17-inch-wide conveyor belt for efficient dough processing. Its adjustable thickness control ranges from 1/8 inch to 2 inches, accommodating various dough types. A two-speed in-feed system ensures consistent sheeting, while push-button controls simplify operation. Safety guards on both sides of the rollers protect users during operation.
Constructed with a stainless steel body and an aluminum alloy head housing, this DoughXpress DXP-FRS01 sheeter is built for durability. Heavy-duty non-stick scrapers maintain smooth operation, and an automatic overload protection system prevents motor damage. This unit includes catch trays on each end to collect excess dough. Measuring 32 inches wide by 83 inches deep by 44 inches high, its sides fold up to save space when not in use.
