Description

With a stainless steel body and aluminum alloy head housing, the DoughXpress DXP-FRS03 (11019) BakeryXpress dough sheeter ensures long-term durability. Measuring 40 inches wide by 99 inches deep by 44 inches high, this unit's sides fold up. Its reversible 95-inch-long by 25-inch-wide conveyor belt supports high-volume dough processing, while the two-speed in-feed system provides consistent sheeting.
The DoughXpress DXP-FRS03 sheeter's adjustable thickness control ranges from 1/8 inch to 2 inches. Push-button controls enable simple operation, and safety guards on both sides of the rollers enhance protection. An automatic overload protection system prevents motor damage, ensuring reliable performance. Heavy-duty non-stick scrapers maintain smooth operation, and the catch trays on each end collect excess dough.
