Description

The DoughXpress DM-18 120 manual pizza dough press is an intuitive alternative to creating discs of pizza dough through traditional hand tossing. Users can place a ball of dough on the bottom sheet of the press and lower the top platen to create a sheet of dough with even thickness and consistent shape. The final sheet of dough can be any thickness and can have a maximum diameter of 18 inches.
The top platen of the DoughXpress DM-18 120 manual pizza dough press is heated to facilitate shaping chilled dough and to prevent dough from shrinking back. This unit's temperature is shown on a digital display. To inform users when the unit is ready to use, its indicator light turns off when the set temperature is reached.
