Description

The DoughXpress DM-18NH pizza dough press equips pizzeria staff to prepare pizza dough, pressing out dough balls to form a pizza crust. This unit doesn't need heat or an electrical connection because users operate it manually. The range of crust thickness can be adjusted in order to produce an ideal final product. Upper and lower platens are made of aluminum for resistance to corrosion from cleaning chemicals. This press has a maximum diameter of 18 inches.
