Description

The upper and lower platens in the DoughXpress TXM-15 pizza dough press are made of uncoated aluminum and reach temperatures as high as 400 degrees Fahrenheit. This number is adjustable depending on the desired application. When the temperature reaches the preset range, the heat light will turn off to indicate that the unit is ready to cook. For straightforward operation, the power switch illuminates so it's convenient to locate.
Ideal for creating Chicago-style pizzas, Italian pizzas, and New York pizzas, the DoughXpress TXM-15 dough press makes pizzas as large as 15 inches in diameter and as thick as needed, starting at 1/25 inches. To load and unload dough, the upper platen swings out to provide access, while a handle is used to open and close the unit. This unit is powder coated in a white finish for a stylish look.
