Description

Made of stainless steel and cast iron, the Equipex GES10/1 waffle maker is strong enough for high-volume use. Its stainless steel base is resistant to scratches and rust, while its cast iron plates resist warping over time. Creating waffles with large pockets, the plates have a rectangular Brussels pattern, and this kind of waffle goes great with syrup, since its pockets help catch the liquid. To ease waffle maker cleanup, a drip tray wraps around the lower plate and is removable for dumping excess batter.
This Equipex GES10/1 Brussels waffle baker is straightforward to use and has only one switch and one knob?for turning on or off the power and changing the temperature level, respectively. Because the power and temperature controls are separate, operators only need to set the temperature once, and the knob will stay at that level until twisted. Plugging into a standard wall outlet, this model conveniently accepts a 120-volt power supply.
