Description

Constructed of stainless steel, the Equipex PANINI/1 commercial panini press is durable enough for commercial use. Its cast iron plates resist warping and breaking, while creating grill marks on sandwiches, and the uneven plate design also helps drain grease and reduce sogginess. Whether a sandwich is tall or short, the counterbalanced top plate adjusts itself to accommodate the food, and so users can change how easily the op moves, the tension level is adjustable.
This Equipex PANINI/1 panini press has a knob for adjusting the temperature based on the product, going as high as 570 degrees for dense sandwiches or less for grilling vegetables. Any extra grease or food particles fall into the crumb tray, and at the end of the day, employees can remove the tray and empty out the waste. For food buildup on the plates, a scraper is included.
