The Garland HEEGM36CL efficient charbroiler has six 14,500-BTU burners, each controlled individually with a high/low knob. Heat from the burners is directed to the broiling surface by radiants, ensuring efficient cooking. Product sits on the cast iron grates, and because they can be reversed to fine or wide edges, the unit can be used to grill delicate seafood or dense steaks. On the front, the removable holder accommodates third-size pans that are sold separately, while the durable stainless steel exterior construction is rust resistant.
