The Bakers Pride C-24RS-C radiant charbroiler is a compact, high-performance countertop unit designed for grilling with coal radiants and glo-stones. Built with a durable stainless steel exterior, interior, and combustion chamber, this unit is made for heavy-duty commercial applications. Its 24-inch-wide cooking surface features free-floating round rod grates that can be adjusted to four different tilting positions, offering flexibility for various cooking styles. The EZ tilt front grease trough simplifies grease management, while the built-in water tubs help reduce flare-ups and maintain moisture in grilled foods. A continuously lit crossover pilot tube system ensures quick burner ignition. This model includes a 6-inch service shelf with a utility bar for added convenience and comes with a top grid scraper for effortless cleaning.
Powered by LP gas, the Bakers Pride C-24RS-C charbroiler delivers a total output of 60,000 BTU, supported by four 15,000 BTU burners that provide efficient and consistent heat distribution. Each burner is controlled with a single valve for straightforward operation. Fully insulated double walls enhance heat retention, maximizing cooking efficiency. The unit features a 3/4-inch NPT rear gas connection and is designed without legs for placement on an equipment stand. Optional accessories such as cast-iron radiants, a stainless steel splash guard, and a natural wood smoke essence box can further expand functionality.
