Description
The Bakers Pride C-24RS radiant charbroiler is a high-performance countertop grilling solution designed for commercial kitchen operations. Built with a stainless steel exterior, interior, and combustion chamber, this charbroiler is durable and simple to clean. Its 24-inch-wide cooking surface features free-floating round rod grates that can be adjusted to four separate tilting positions, providing flexibility for different cooking applications. The EZ tilt front grease trough ensures efficient grease drainage, while stainless steel radiants deliver even heat distribution for optimal cooking results. This unit includes a top grid scraper for effortless maintenance. A 6-inch service shelf with a utility bar adds workspace for improved efficiency, and built-in water tubs help minimize flare-ups while retaining food moisture.
Powered by LP gas, the Bakers Pride C-24RS charbroiler delivers a total of 60,000 BTU with four independently controlled 15,000 BTU burners. A continuously lit crossover pilot tube system enables quick and reliable burner ignition. The fully insulated double-walled construction enhances heat retention for energy efficiency, while a 3/4-inch NPT rear gas connection allows for straightforward installation. Optional accessories, such as a stainless steel splash guard, warming rack, and natural wood smoke essence box, provide additional customization options to suit various kitchen needs. Designed without legs, this charbroiler is ideal for placement on an equipment stand.
