Description

Stainless steel radiants with Glo Stones enhance heat retention and flavor in the Bakers Pride C-36RS-C countertop charbroiler, distributing heat evenly across its 36-inch-wide cooking surface. A free-floating round rod top grate allows flexibility in grilling, while the EZ tilt design directs grease into the front trough for efficient management. This model includes a 6-inch service shelf with a utility bar and a top grid scraper for maintenance.
The Bakers Pride C-36RS-C charbroiler is constructed with a stainless steel exterior, interior, and combustion chamber, providing durability in commercial kitchens. Its double-walled, fully insulated body helps retain heat while maintaining a safe work environment. A continuously lit crossover pilot tube allows for quick ignition, and a single valve provides simple control over the burners. Operating on liquid propane, this unit delivers a total output of 105,000 BTU across seven burners. A 3/4-inch NPT rear gas connection provides secure fuel management.
