Description

Glo Stone radiants in the Bakers Pride C-36RS-C countertop charbroiler help maintain consistent temperatures and enhance the grilling process. This unit includes a 6-inch service shelf with a utility bar and a top grid scraper for added convenience. Its free-floating round rod top grate adds flexibility while cooking, and the EZ tilt design directs grease into the front trough to simplify cleanup.
The Bakers Pride C-36RS-C charbroiler is constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior, interior, and combustion chamber for long-term use in demanding kitchen environments. Its double-walled, fully insulated design retains heat efficiently while facilitating safe operation. Operating on natural gas, this model delivers a total output of 105,000 BTU, and a 3/4-inch NPT rear gas connection provides proper fuel flow. A continuously lit crossover pilot tube enables quick ignition, and a single valve provides control over the seven burners.
