Description

The Bakers Pride C-48RS-C countertop radiant charbroiler offers a 48-inch-wide cooking surface, making it suitable for operations requiring high-volume grilling. To enhance heat distribution and add smoky flavor, this unit features Glo Stones radiants. Its free-floating steel rod grates promote even heat transfer, while the EZ tilt front grease trough efficiently channels grease away from the cooking area. A 6-inch service shelf with a utility bar provides additional space for convenience.
Constructed of stainless steel for durability, the Bakers Pride C-48RS-C charbroiler is built to withstand commercial kitchen environments. It operates with ten burners, each working with coal radiants to create intense, even heat. The continuously lit crossover pilot tube allows quick ignition, while water tubs help maintain moisture levels during cooking. Designed for use with liquid propane, this unit is equipped with a 3/4-inch NPT rear gas connection for secure installation.
