Description

Designed with Glo Stones radiants, the Bakers Pride C-48RS-C countertop radiant charbroiler provides reliable heat retention and distribution for consistent cooking results. Its free-floating steel rod grates promote even heat transfer, while the EZ tilt front grease trough simplifies grease management by channeling excess grease away from the cooking area. Water tubs are included to help maintain moisture levels, enhancing food quality. A 6-inch service shelf with a utility bar offers additional space for tools and accessories.
Built for high-volume use in commercial kitchens, the Bakers Pride C-48RS-C charbroiler features a durable stainless steel exterior, interior, and combustion chamber. It operates with ten burners, each working alongside stainless steel radiants to generate intense, even heat while infusing food with a signature chargrilled flavor. A continuously lit crossover pilot tube enables quick ignition, and the unit is powered by natural gas. For secure installation, it includes a 3/4-inch NPT rear gas connection.
