Description

The Bakers Pride C-48RS countertop radiant charbroiler is designed with a continuously lit crossover pilot tube that enables quick and efficient burner ignition. Water tubs assist in moisture retention during cooking, and a 6-inch service shelf with a utility bar provides a convenient space for tools and supplies. Its free-floating steel rod grates promote uniform heat transfer, while the EZ tilt front grease trough helps manage grease runoff to streamline cleaning.
Built for durability, the Bakers Pride C-48RS charbroiler features stainless steel construction, including the exterior, interior, and combustion chamber. The unita€™s double-walled, fully insulated construction enhances heat retention, making it suitable for high-volume grilling. It operates with ten burners, each equipped with a V-shaped stainless steel radiant for even heat distribution. Designed for liquid propane, this model includes a 3/4-inch NPT rear gas connection for secure installation.
