The Bakers Pride C-60RS radiant charbroiler is a heavy-duty countertop grilling solution built for high-volume commercial kitchens. Constructed with a stainless steel exterior, interior, and combustion chamber, this unit provides durability, corrosion resistance, and easy maintenance. Its 60-inch-wide cooking surface features free-floating, round rod grates that can be adjusted to four tilting positions, offering versatility for different cooking styles. The EZ tilt front grease trough ensures efficient grease drainage, while stainless steel radiants provide even heat distribution for consistent results. A 6-inch service shelf with a utility bar enhances workspace efficiency, and built-in water tubs help reduce flare-ups while maintaining food moisture. This unit also includes a top grid scraper for convenient cleaning and maintenance.
Powered by LP gas, the Bakers Pride C-60RS charbroiler delivers a total of 195,000 BTU, with 13 independently controlled 15,000 BTU burners allowing for precise temperature adjustments across the cooking surface. A continuously lit crossover pilot tube system ensures quick and reliable ignition, while the fully insulated double-walled construction optimizes heat retention for energy efficiency. The 3/4-inch NPT rear gas connection simplifies installation. Designed without legs, this charbroiler is intended for use on an equipment stand.
