The 48-inch-wide cooking surface features free-floating, round rod grates that can be adjusted to four tilting positions, providing versatility for different cooking styles. The EZ tilt front grease trough ensures efficient grease drainage, while cast iron radiants distribute heat evenly for consistent cooking results. A 6-inch service shelf with a utility bar enhances workspace convenience, and built-in water tubs help reduce flare-ups while maintaining food moisture. This unit also includes a top grid scraper for easy cleaning and maintenance.
Designed for natural gas operation, the Bakers Pride C-48RS-R charbroiler delivers a total of 150,000 BTU through ten independently controlled 15,000 BTU burners, allowing for precise temperature adjustments. A continuously lit crossover pilot tube system ensures quick and reliable ignition, while the double-walled, fully insulated construction enhances heat retention for energy efficiency. The 3/4-inch NPT rear gas connection allows for easy installation. This model is designed without legs, making it ideal for placement on an equipment stand.
