A 6-inch service shelf with a utility bar provides additional workspace, and built-in water tubs help reduce flare-ups while maintaining food moisture. This model also includes a top grid scraper for easy cleaning.
Powered by LP gas, the Bakers Pride C-72RS-C charbroiler delivers an impressive total of 240,000 BTU, with 16 individually controlled 15,000 BTU burners ensuring even heating across the cooking surface. A continuously lit crossover pilot tube system allows for quick and reliable ignition, while the double-walled, fully insulated construction optimizes heat retention for maximum efficiency.
