Description

The Bakers Pride C-72RS radiant charbroiler is a high-performance countertop unit designed for heavy-duty grilling in commercial kitchens. Built with a stainless steel exterior, interior, and combustion chamber, this charbroiler ensures durability and easy cleaning. Its 72-inch-wide cooking surface features free-floating round rod grates that can be adjusted to four tilting positions, offering flexibility for different cooking techniques. The EZ tilt front grease trough simplifies grease drainage, while stainless steel radiants ensure even heat distribution for consistent results. A 6-inch service shelf with a utility bar provides additional workspace, and built-in water tubs help reduce flare-ups while maintaining food moisture. This model also includes a top grid scraper for convenient maintenance.
Powered by natural gas, the Bakers Pride C-72RS charbroiler delivers a total of 240,000 BTU, with 16 independently controlled 15,000 BTU burners ensuring even heat coverage across the cooking surface. A continuously lit crossover pilot tube system provides quick and reliable ignition, while the double-walled, fully insulated construction optimizes heat retention for energy efficiency. The 3/4-inch NPT rear gas connection simplifies installation. Designed without legs, this charbroiler is ideal for placement on an equipment stand. Optional accessories such as a stainless steel splash guard, warming rack, and a natural wood smoke essence box allow for further customization to meet diverse kitchen needs.
