The Bakers Pride CH-10 Dante series charbroiler is an extra heavy-duty grilling solution built for high-volume commercial kitchens. Its robust, fully welded plate steel construction ensures long-term durability, while the heat-resistant Bakertone paint finish adds further protection. With a spacious 53 3/4-inch-wide by 24-inch-deep broiling area, this charbroiler is designed to handle large cooking volumes efficiently. The 10 heavy-duty stainless steel radiants ensure even heat distribution, while the cast iron grates can be manually adjusted to three levels, allowing for precise temperature control. A stainless steel removable grease pan simplifies cleanup, ensuring a more efficient kitchen operation.
Powered by natural gas, the Bakers Pride CH-10 charbroiler delivers a total of 180,000 BTU, with each of its 10 individually controlled 18,000 BTU burners providing precise heat adjustments. The unit features a 1-inch NPT rear gas connection and a built-in pressure regulator for smooth operation. Designed for continuous use, this charbroiler is ideal for steakhouses, restaurants, and other high-demand food establishments. Optional accessories such as cast iron burners, glo-stones, and stainless steel side splash guards provide additional customization to meet specific cooking needs.
