Description

The Bakers Pride CH-6 Dante series charbroiler is an extra heavy-duty grilling solution designed for high-volume commercial kitchens. Featuring a fully welded plate steel construction with a heat-resistant Bakertone paint finish, this unit is built to withstand demanding cooking environments. Its 31 1/2-inch-wide by 24-inch-deep broiling area provides ample cooking space, while six heavy-duty stainless steel radiants ensure even heat distribution. The cast iron grates can be manually adjusted to three levels, allowing for precise temperature control and optimal grilling versatility. A stainless steel removable grease pan simplifies cleanup, making kitchen maintenance more efficient.
Powered by natural gas, the Bakers Pride CH-6 delivers a total of 108,000 BTU, with six individually controlled 18,000 BTU burners offering precise heat adjustments. A continuously lit crossover pilot tube system allows for quick and reliable ignition, while the unita€™s 1-inch NPT rear gas connection and built-in pressure regulator ensure smooth operation. Ideal for steakhouses, restaurants, and other high-demand food establishments, this charbroiler is designed for continuous use. Optional accessories such as cast iron burners, glo-stones, and stainless steel side splash guards allow for further customization to meet specific kitchen needs.
