The Bakers Pride F-24RS-R radiant charbroiler is a heavy-duty floor model designed for high-volume commercial grilling. Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior, interior, and combustion chamber, this unit is built for longevity and easy maintenance. Its 24-inch-wide cooking surface features free-floating round rod grates that can be adjusted to multiple tilting positions for optimal heat control. The EZ tilt front grease trough ensures efficient grease drainage, while cast iron radiants distribute heat evenly for consistent cooking results. A 6-inch service shelf with a utility bar provides additional workspace, and built-in water tubs help minimize flare-ups while retaining food moisture. This unit also includes a top grid scraper for hassle-free cleaning.
Powered by LP gas, the Bakers Pride F-24RS-R charbroiler delivers a total of 60,000 BTU, with four independently controlled 15,000 BTU burners providing precise temperature adjustments. A continuously lit crossover pilot tube system ensures quick and reliable ignition, while the double-walled, fully insulated construction enhances heat retention for energy efficiency. The open cabinet base provides convenient storage, and the 6-inch adjustable legs offer stability and flexibility for various kitchen setups. The 3/4-inch NPT rear gas connection simplifies installation.
