The Bakers Pride F-36RS-C radiant charbroiler is a powerful floor model designed for high-performance grilling in commercial kitchens. Its 36-inch-wide cooking surface features free-floating round rod grates, which can be adjusted to multiple tilting positions for customized cooking flexibility. The EZ tilt front grease trough simplifies grease drainage, while coal radiants with glo-stones enhance heat distribution and add a rich, smoky flavor to grilled foods. A 6-inch service shelf with a utility bar provides additional workspace, and built-in water tubs help reduce flare-ups while maintaining food moisture. This model also includes a top grid scraper for effortless cleaning.
Powered by LP gas, the Bakers Pride F-36RS-C charbroiler delivers a total of 105,000 BTU through seven independently controlled 15,000 BTU burners, providing even heat distribution across the grilling surface. A continuously lit crossover pilot tube system allows for quick and reliable ignition, while the double-walled, fully insulated construction enhances heat retention for energy efficiency.
