Description
Built for heavy use, the Bakers Pride F-48RS radiant charboiler features 10 burners covered by a free-floating, stainless steel top grate. The full unit is constructed of durable stainless steel for corrosion resistance and simple cleaning. To retain heat, the metal paneling is double walled, and a grid scraper is included for convenience.
The Bakers Pride F-48RS floor model gas charbroiler is simple to operate, as the burners, gas flow, and pilot tube are controlled via thermostatic controls for precise operation. The EZ-tilt front grease trough slides out smoothly to prevent mess, while the bottom of the unit holds an open base for storing commonly used items such as pots and cooking oils. The full unit measures 48 inches wide and stands on four adjustable legs.
