The Bakers Pride F-72RS radiant charbroiler is a floor model unit designed for high-volume grilling operations in commercial kitchens. Featuring a spacious 72-inch-wide cooking surface, this heavy-duty charbroiler is equipped with free-floating, round rod grates that can be manually tilted for precise heat control. The stainless steel radiants distribute heat evenly across the grates, ensuring consistent cooking performance. A 6-inch service shelf with a utility bar offers convenient workspace, while built-in water tubs help control flareups and maintain food moisture. The EZ tilt front grease trough directs grease into a removable grease pan for efficient cleanup. Constructed of stainless steel inside and out, this charbroiler is built for durability and easy maintenance.
With a total output of 240,000 BTU, the Bakers Pride F-72RS charbroiler operates on LP gas and features 16 individually controlled 15,000 BTU burners for optimal temperature regulation. A continuously lit crossover pilot tube system allows for quick and reliable ignition. The fully insulated, double-walled construction improves heat retention for energy efficiency.
