Description
The Bakers Pride F-72RS-R radiant charbroiler is a heavy-duty floor model unit designed for high-capacity grilling applications. Measuring 72 inches wide, it features free-floating, round rod grates that manually adjust to three different tilt positions, allowing operators to create customized heat zones. Its cast iron radiants distribute heat evenly for consistent cooking results. To streamline cleanup, the EZ tilt front grease trough directs grease into a removable grease pan, while built-in water tubs reduce flareups and help retain food moisture. A 6-inch service shelf with a utility bar provides extra workspace for added efficiency.
Equipped with 16 individually controlled burners, each delivering 15,000 BTU, this unit operates on liquid propane and generates a total of 240,000 BTU. A continuously lit crossover pilot tube system enables quick ignition, while the fully insulated, double-walled construction optimizes heat retention for energy efficiency.
