Description

Featuring sixteen burners, the Bakers Pride L-72RS-R countertop radiant charbroiler provides consistent, high-powered heat for demanding kitchen environments. Each burner is paired with a V-shaped cast iron radiant, which enhances heat retention and ensures even grilling. Free-floating steel rod grates promote uniform heat transfer across the cooking surface, while a continuously lit crossover pilot tube enables quick ignition. The EZ tilt front grease trough simplifies cleanup by channeling grease away from the cooking area.
Constructed to withstand commercial use, the Bakers Pride L-72RS-R charbroiler features a fully stainless steel exterior, interior, and combustion chamber. Its double-walled, fully insulated construction improves energy efficiency and maintains steady temperatures throughout operation. A 6-inch service shelf provides additional workspace for tools and prep, while an integrated towel bar adds convenience. Designed for liquid propane, this unit includes a 3/4-inch NPT rear gas connection for secure installation.
