Description

Sixteen burners, each paired with a V-shaped stainless steel radiant, provide steady, even heating across the cooking surface. A continuously lit crossover pilot tube ensures reliable ignition for uninterrupted operation.
The Bakers Pride L-72RS charbroiler features free-floating steel rod grates that enhance heat transfer and allow for flexible cooking. An EZ tilt front grease trough streamlines grease management, while the stainless steel exterior, interior, and combustion chamber offer lasting durability in commercial settings. A 6-inch stainless steel work deck provides a convenient space for tools and prep, and the included towel bar adds accessibility. This unit operates with natural gas and is equipped with a 3/4-inch NPT rear gas connection for secure installation.
