Wells HDTG-6030G 60" Gas Griddle W/ Thermostatic Controls - 3/4" Steel Plate, Convertible

The Wells HDTG-6030G gas griddle's five separate sections increase cooking flexibility, enabling operators to cook at different heat levels in different areas. Each section is thermostatically controlled with a knob, so the heat can be set at specific temperatures for less experienced cooks. Its control valves are also separate for each section, and the adjustable shutters control air to optimize combustion. Powered by natural gas, the unit can be converted to LP gas if necessary.
Designed with a 3/4-inch thickness, the plate on this Wells HDTG-6030G commercial griddle quickly heats up and recovers temperatures after food is added. A splashguard around the plate catches debris and eases the cleaning process. Because the unit is made of stainless steel, it resists rusting and has durability for heavy use. The unit is elevated off the countertop by 4-inch steel legs.
