Wells HDTG-3630G 36" Gas Griddle w/ Thermostatic Controls - 3/4" Steel Plate, Convertible

Designed with three individual sections, the Wells HDTG-3630G commercial griddle can be used to cook different products simultaneously, and these sections each have an on/off valve and a variable control knob. Its heat setting is thermostatic, letting the operator choose a specific temperature, instead of just a high or low setting. There are also adjustable shutters that keep air controlled to ensure combustion operates correctly.
The plate on this Wells HDTG-3630G gas griddle is 35 inches wide and measures 3?4 of an inch thick. Due to this thickness, the plate heats up quicker than a thick plate but won't retain heat for as long. As product is cooking, the splashguards catch splatter and food debris to keep surrounding surfaces clean. Because the griddle body is made of stainless steel, it resists rusting, denting, and scratching.
