Wells HDTG-4830G 48" Gas Griddle W/ Thermostatic Controls - 3/4" Steel Plate, Convertible

The Wells HDTG-4830G commercial gas griddle has four heated sections that are controlled with individual knobs, and with these controls, the operator can set the temperature at a specific level. Because the unit has multiple sections, different products can be cooked at the same time at different temperatures. This unit ships ready to be used with natural gas and comes with a conversion kit for LP gas if that's preferred.
Because the 47-inch-wide plate on this Wells HDTG-4830G gas griddle is 3/4 of an inch thick, it is durable enough to resist warping as it heats up and cools down, and it heats up and cools down quicker than thick plates. Around the plate sides and back, the splashguards protect other surfaces from grease and food splatter. To ease cleaning, liquid on the plate can be directed into the grease trough, where it flows into the drawer.
