Imperial ITG-72 72" Gas Griddle w/ Thermostatic Controls - 1" Steel Plate, Natural Gas

The Imperial ITG-72 gas griddle is constructed with six burners underneath its 1-inch-thick griddle plate that are spaced 12 inches apart for full coverage. Once the heat effectively reaches the griddle plate above, this unit's aeration baffles and rear flue ensure it's evenly distributed. Recovery after each completed cooking process is quick using the adjustable gas valve and instant ignition. Temperature is controlled through this unit's front-placed thermostatic controls, which are protected with Valox™ heat protection to prevent scalding or burning.
The Imperial ITG-72 gas griddle's cooking surface measures 72 inches wide by 24 inches deep, which is great for searing meat, frying eggs, and sauteing vegetables. The unit's backsplash keeps spurts of grease and oil contained inside the cooking space. Through intensive use, the stainless steel construction ensures this unit retains its originality with a durable, corrosion-resistant design. The 4-inch legs elevate this griddle, and this unit also features a 1-gallon grease can.
