The Imperial ITG-60 gas griddle's thermostatic controls feature Valox™ heat protection, which is designed to protect user hands as they adjust the unit's heat levels. Five burners underneath the 1-inch-thick griddle plate reduce cold spots, while aeration baffles between the burners evenly spread the heat. For consistency and minimal downtime, this gas griddle is equipped with a continuous pilot and operates at a 150,000-BTU hourly rate.
The 60-inch wide by 323/8-inch deep by 14-inch-high Imperial ITG-60 gas griddle can be installed on commercial kitchen countertop spaces. The griddle space measures 60 inches wide by 24 inches deep, providing ample space for frying, searing, or sauteing. The 4-inch gutter and 1-gallon grease contains grease can helps maintain a clean workspace, and the unit's weep hole enables users to gauge the amount of grease inside the can. The body is constructed of durable stainless steel for long-term use.
