Imperial ITG-24 24" Gas Griddle w/ Thermostatic Controls - 1" Steel Plate, Natural Gas

The Imperial ITG-24 gas griddle has two burners spaced 12 inches apart for even heating. The griddle plate is 1 inch thick and measures 24 inches wide by 24 inches deep, providing ample space for cooking beef patties, bacon, pancakes, and more. The included backsplash protects nearby surfaces, and other features include aeration baffles, a continuous pilot, and a polished cooking surface.
The Imperial ITG-24 gas griddle's simple-to-use thermostatic controls ease temperature adjustments. For safety, this gas griddle's controls are protected with Valox™ heat protection. Grease is collected inside the bottom-mounted, 4-inch-wide stainless steel grease gutter, which features a weep hole that enables operators to visually identify when it must be emptied. The unit features stainless steel construction on its front, sides, splash guard, and ledge.
