Globe C36GG 36" Gas Griddle w/ Manual Controls - 3/4" Steel Plate, Convertible

The Globe C36GG Chefmate® griddle is ideal for pancakes, eggs, and burgers. The removable 0.75-inch-thick griddle plate resists warping, and the stainless steel construction provides durability. Remaining cool to the touch, its front edge extends to prevent the user from being burned. Rear and side splashes protect walls and equipment from grease stains while keeping messes contained. The stainless steel legs are equipped with adjustable feet to keep the unit level.
To facilitate cleaning, the Globe C36GG griddle's cooktop can be quickly removed. Grease drips into the 3.25-inch trough to prevent messes. For adequate surface heat, the U-style burners heat every 6 inches and provide heat control every 12 inches. Separate manual controls are provided for each burner, and the pilots can be adjusted from the front.
